You will be assigned a barcode that begins with 'PACREG' to use along with your password to establish a library account and check out electronic materials from OverDrive & the Libby App. You can only check out ebooks and audio with an eCard.
If you want to check out physical materials at the library, you will have to register for a physical card at the library's front desk. Your eCard can be merged with your physical card so your eMaterials will stay with your account.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (CIPA), you must be 13 or older to complete this registration.
