- You will be assigned a barcode that begins with 'PACREG' to use along with your password to establish a library account and check out electronic materials from OverDrive & the Libby App. You can only check out ebooks and audio with an eCard.
- If you want to check out physical materials at the library, you will have to register for a physical card at the library's front desk. Your eCard can be merged with your physical card so your eMaterials will stay with your account.
- In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (CIPA), you must be 13 or older to complete this registration.
